Reviewer Guidelines – IISS

Reviewers will receive invitations via the OJS system (submission.pandp.com.my/iiss) or by email. Click “Accept” or “Decline” to respond. If links don’t work, log in to the system to manage invitations.

Agreeing or Declining a Review

  • Once accepted, manuscripts appear in “Pending Assignments”.
  • Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest when declining.

Submitting a Review

  • Access the manuscript as PDF in your assignment folder.
  • Provide comments for authors (blind) and optional confidential notes for the editor.
  • Recommendations: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Reject.
  • All attachments must be blinded.

Time Frame

  • 14 days to respond to invitation
  • 21 days to complete the review
  • Automatic reminders will be sent from the system

Revisions & Author Responses

  • Reviewers may be invited to review revised manuscripts.
  • Authors’ responses can be viewed in the system.
