Reviewer Guidelines – IUFS

Reviewers will receive invitations via the OJS system (submission.pandp.com.my) or by email. Click “Accept” or “Decline” to respond. If links don’t work, log in to the system to manage invitations.

Agreeing or Declining a Review

  • Once accepted, manuscripts appear in “Pending Assignments”.
  • Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest when declining.

Submitting a Review

  • Access the manuscript as PDF in your assignment folder.
  • Provide comments for authors (blind) and optional confidential notes for the editor.
  • Recommendations: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, Reject.
  • All attachments must be blinded.

Time Frame

  • 14 days to respond to invitation
  • 21 days to complete the review
  • Automatic reminders will be sent from the system

Revisions & Author Responses

  • Reviewers may be invited to review revised manuscripts.
  • Authors’ responses can be viewed in the system.
